No. You can check out as a guest — we only ask for the details needed to deliver your order and email your confirmation.
We accept major debit and credit cards and popular digital wallets at checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Yes. Every price on the site includes UK VAT at 20% where it applies, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Email us with your order number as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched yet we can usually amend or cancel it; once it is on its way you can return it under our returns policy.
Declines usually come from your bank rather than us — often an incorrect billing address, an expired card, or a security check. Try again or use a different card, and contact your bank if it keeps happening.
No minimum. Delivery is charged per the options at checkout, and standard delivery is free once your basket passes £40.
Yes. If you have a code, enter it in the "Discount code" box in your basket and the saving is applied straight away. Sale prices are applied automatically and need no code.
Codes can expire, run out of redemptions, or need a minimum spend — the basket tells you which applies. Check it is typed correctly; case does not matter.
Yes. Free delivery is judged on your basket total after the discount, so a code can take you back below the threshold. The basket always shows what you'd pay.
Standard delivery is £3.95 and free on orders over £40. Express delivery is £6.95.

It is in your dispatch email, sent the moment your order leaves us. If you have an account, it also shows against the order in your order history.
Not usually. Carriers scan a parcel at intervals rather than continuously, so a gap of a day between scans is normal, especially over a weekend.
"Dispatched" means it has left us; "in transit" means it is moving through the carrier network; "out for delivery" means it is on the van today; "delivered" means it has been dropped at your address or safe place.
Check your nominated safe place and with neighbours first, and give it until the end of the day as carriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not appeared, email us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
If the order has not been dispatched, email us as quickly as you can and we will usually change it. Once it has left us we may have to wait for it to come back.
Many carriers let you redirect or reschedule from the tracking link once the parcel is in their network. If you cannot, contact us and we will help where we can.
No. Guest tracking works with your order number and email. An account simply keeps all your orders and tracking in one place.
Larger orders, or items held in different locations, can ship in more than one parcel — sometimes on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Give it a little time in case the carrier is still registering the parcel, then try again. If it keeps failing, email us and we'll send the current status.
